Terms Of Service

These terms govern how Simply Telecom delivers projects and support services. Each proposal may include additional or more specific terms that supplement the points below.

Scope & Approvals

  • Each statement of work outlines scope, deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions.
  • Work outside of scope or requested after approval will be documented and authorized in writing before execution.
  • Client responsibilities (e.g., providing access, power, permits, or network credentials) are detailed in the statement of work.

Billing & Payment

  • Payment terms are defined in the statement of work or project agreement.
  • Billing schedules and timelines are communicated in writing before work begins.
  • Equipment remains the property of Simply Telecom until payment is received in full.

Warranty & Support

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware. We assist with warranty claims during their coverage period.
  • Simply Telecom warrants its workmanship for 12 months from substantial completion, covering installation defects.
  • Support retainers, preventative maintenance, or monitoring services may be added by separate agreement.

Change Management & Documentation

We maintain change logs and documentation throughout the project. Upon completion you receive labeling schedules, test results, photos, and operational notes. Document revisions requested after hand-off are handled by separate agreement.

Liability

Simply Telecom carries commercial general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid under the applicable statement of work. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
